We'll connect you with our mortgage partner to determine your buying price range. This involves reviewing documents like pay stubs, W-2s, and tax returns. The lender will conduct a thorough review and inform you of your borrowing capacity—a crucial step in the home buying process.

Receive Listing Alerts Based on Your Criteria
Our agents get to know you and your needs, whether you're moving for a job, seeking a shorter commute, or planning for a growing family. We’ll send you listings, including homes "coming soon" to the market, so you can be aware of the best options even before they're available. Let us know which homes catch your eye, and we’ll schedule viewings.

Schedule Showings
This is where the fun begins! We'll arrange viewings of the homes you've liked from our listing alerts and "coming soon" properties. We'll discuss your budget and ensure we find you the perfect home.

Find the Ideal Home and Write an Offer
When you’re ready to make an offer, your Dover agent will research the property and guide you on presenting a compelling written offer to the seller. We'll walk you through each step and negotiate the best deal for you. Once your offer is accepted, it’s time to secure financing and move forward.

Acceptance, Appraisal, and Inspections
Congratulations, your offer has been accepted! Now it’s time for due diligence, including the appraisal and inspections. The appraisal ensures the property’s price matches its condition, while the inspection checks that everything is functioning properly with no major issues. With due diligence complete, you're one step closer to holding the keys to your new home.

Closing Day and Receive Keys
Get Excited!! it’s time to close on your home! This involves completing final paperwork and signing your name (a lot!). Don’t forget to bring your photo ID. Soon, those shiny keys will be yours for good!
